Submitting a contact form, quote request, email, or phone inquiry does not create a confirmed reservation or require us to provide service.

A rental is confirmed only after our team verifies the details and accepts the order.

5. Pricing and Additional Charges

6. Service Availability

Service is subject to container inventory, truck and driver availability, route capacity, disposal facility operations, weather, road conditions, property access, and other operational factors.

Same-day or next-day delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for the specific order.

7. Customer Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information concerning the delivery location, debris, access conditions, requested placement, and project.

You must inform us about heavy, restricted, hazardous, or unusual materials before delivery.

We may rely on the information you provide when selecting a container, planning a route, estimating charges, and determining whether service can be safely performed.

8. Delivery and Placement

The customer is responsible for selecting or approving a firm, level, accessible, and lawful placement area.

You must disclose known conditions including septic systems, irrigation lines, underground utilities, weak or recently installed pavement, soft ground, gates, overhead wires, trees, low structures, and restricted access.

Our driver may refuse or modify a requested placement when it appears unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or likely to damage equipment or property.

9. Property Conditions

Dumpster trucks and loaded containers are heavy. Driveways, pavement, landscaping, curbs, lawns, underground systems, and other surfaces may be damaged when they are unable to support the equipment.

When appropriate, boards may be used to reduce direct contact with a surface, but boards cannot guarantee that damage will not occur.

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner before approving placement.

10. Permits and Public Property

The customer is responsible for determining whether a permit, approval, traffic control measure, or other authorization is required for placement on a street, alley, easement, right-of-way, or other public or restricted area.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for required permits.

11. Loading Requirements

Customers must load the dumpster safely and comply with all instructions provided by our team.

• Keep debris below the top edge or fill line
• Distribute weight as evenly as possible
• Keep the access area clear
• Do not move the dumpster
• Do not burn material inside the container
• Do not allow debris to extend over the sides
• Do not exceed material or weight restrictions

We may refuse pickup until an unsafe or overloaded container is corrected.

12. Prohibited Materials

Prohibited and restricted materials may include hazardous waste, paint, solvents, fuels, oils, chemicals, pesticides, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, certain electronics, tires, and refrigerant-containing appliances.

Material rules may vary by load, facility, and applicable law. Ask before placing a questionable item in the dumpster.

The customer may be responsible for removal, cleanup, handling, disposal, penalties, delays, or other costs caused by prohibited or undisclosed material.

13. Heavy Materials

Concrete, brick, dirt, asphalt, tile, shingles, and similar dense materials may require a smaller dumpster, separate load, reduced fill level, or special pricing.

A dumpster may reach its weight limit before it appears visually full.

14. Pickup Access

The dumpster must be accessible on the scheduled pickup date. Vehicles, locked gates, equipment, low wires, construction materials, and other obstacles must be removed from the truck’s path.

An unsuccessful pickup caused by blocked access, unsafe loading, prohibited materials, or another customer-controlled condition may result in an additional trip or delay charge.

15. Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Availability, route planning, cancellation terms, and possible charges depend on when the request is received and whether the truck has already been dispatched.

Changes to the address, date, materials, container size, or placement area may affect pricing and availability.

16. Payments

Payment terms will be provided during booking or shown on the applicable invoice, rental confirmation, or service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all authorized charges associated with your rental.

If online payment processing is offered, payment information may be handled by a third-party processor subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

17. Intellectual Property

The website design, written content, graphics, logos, photographs, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Elite Dumpster Rental Lubbock unless otherwise stated.

You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, scrape, or distribute website materials without prior written permission.
